Where are returns sent?
The return address of your store is by default is based on where your package was fulfilled as we have several outlets scattered all over the world:

Returned items are refunded within 14 days of posting. Refunds will be credited to reflect in your original method of payment.
Please note also that items must be returned with all of the bar-code tags intact.
Prestonped UK will exchange or refund on every purchase. As the majority of our customers ask for an exchange, we suggest that where a refund is asked for, a customer should please place a new order for the required item and return the unwanted item.
Depending on the items you’re returning and the reason for your return, your shipping methods may vary for your return.
Any product delivered to you that fails to match the description is eligible for a refund. You can also work out a solution that is agreeable to both you and us. When you are unhappy with the product you have received (it is broken or just doesn’t meet your expectations), you have to open a dispute to return (or not to return) the product to the seller and to get a refund; See Link Below.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
We will refund any unworn and unused item that you are not totally happy with when you return it to us by post.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank.
